Summer dance class enrollment is open through the end of June. However, classes fill up quickly, so don’t delay in registration!

Classes begin the week of June 22nd.

There is no registration fee to sign up for the summer dance programs and tuition must be paid online at the time of enrollment.

The undersigned hereby consents to the above child being a student of "Innovations Dance Center". In consideration of the benefits derived from "Innovations Dance Center," I (we) do hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless, release and discharge "Innovations Dance Center," it's owners, teachers, assistants or employees from any and all claims for personal injuries or property damage occurring to or sustained during any dance class or dance activity at or related to "Innovations Dance Center." I understand that activities at "Innovations Dance Center" are at times strenuous and injury can occur.

I understand that there are no refunds for lessons, costumes or registration fee, even if my child discontinues for any reason at any time. I agree to be responsible for the timely payment of this account and that the tuition is to be paid by the first class of the month.

I understand that in order to assure that the class runs as creatively, smoothly and productively as possible or each student, "Innovations Dance Center" reserves the right to remove from the program any individual who causes undo disciplinary problems. This agreement has been entered into freely, voluntarily and after a full opportunity for review by the undersigned.

I hereby give my consent to "Innovations Dance Center" for the use of any pictures taken by me or of me at an "Innovations Dance Center" function, for the purpose of publicity and promotion of "Innovations Dance Center" without any compensation due to me now or at any time in the future.
